Cancelling an order
If you decide you want to cancel your order or change the engraving please send an email to email@example.com or phone 01260 272505. We will do our best to accommodate this but as items are engraved to the order requirements it is not possible once production has started.
We make every effort to ensure your order is correct. However occasionally mistakes can occur. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us. Please do not return the item unless we say so. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred if the order is returned without our authorisation. If the error is our mistake we will rectify as soon as possible.
If an item arrives broken please contact us so we can send a replacement as soon as possible. All breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be held responsible.
Your account information is held in strict confidence. We only use your information solely to speed up the order and tracking proces for you and contact you with any issues. We do not sell or share your information with anyone and we only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number so we can provide the services described on this website.
We will only contact you in the unlikely event we have a problem with your order.
All Payments on the site go through Sage Pay which is a secure server. Therefore we never see any card details.
