Cancelling an order
If you decide you want to cancel your order or change the engraving please send an email to info@hcooperglassengravers.co.uk or phone 01260 272505. We will do our best to accommodate this but as items are engraved to the order requirements it is not possible once production has started.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure your order is correct. However occasionally mistakes can occur. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us. Please do not return the item unless we say so. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred if the order is returned without our authorisation. If the error is our mistake we will rectify as soon as possible.
If an item arrives broken please contact us so we can send a replacement as soon as possible. All breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be held responsible.

All Payments on the site go through Sage Pay which is a secure server. Therefore we never see any card details.
